Cristina Barradas

Cauli founder and thinking partner

Cristina is passionate about people, life, and building synergies. She is energized by change and its positive impact, and by building alliances of learning and co-creation.

She is an accredited Senior Practitioner Mentor/Coach with EMCC Global, an ICF-accredited coach and a certified trained Team and Transformation Coach.

Cristina holds a PhD in Sciences and has 20 years of experience in senior management roles across various industries, including food, pharmaceutical-chemistry, and non-profit sectors.

She has extensive experience in global operations, project management, operational performance, strategic planning, supply chain, people development and business transformation.

Leading people across different cultures in Asia, USA and Europe and living in different countries such as Mozambique, Belgium, France, UK and Portugal contributed to grow her world.

Cristina successfully led business transformations supported by Coaching and Mentoring and continues to lead training and transformation programs in partnership with several organizations.

She is a invited professor in Agility and Change Management at ISCTE - Executive Education. She is the co-author of two books, one about Mentoring and another related to Leadership.

She is a member of Executive Boards: Head of Global Services at EMCC Global and Vice President Marketing at PMI Portugal. She leads the Mentoring program at PMI Portugal.
